When and where do you deliver?
Currently we are only delivering on Thursday , Friday, Saturday and on Mother's Day to the following suburbs. If your suburb is not included you can email us and we can see what we can do.

What if no one is home or work to receive the gift?
If the recipient is not home or unavailable we will endeavour to find a safe spot to leave the flowers until they return. If this is a likely scenario, please leave instructions on the order page to ensure we can deliver the flower to the recipient directly, or an alternative option.
Will my flowers look the same as in the picture?
Please note that these posies will look different as we cannot guarantee the exact colour palette and flower combination. Please trust us to select the best seasonal booms available to send on your behalf.
Will my flowers last the day without being in a water?
We deliver your flowers with a little bit of water in the bottom. Please put your flowers in water as soon as you receive them however they will be fine for a few hours in our packaging.
Refunds & returns
In the unlikely event that there is a problem with your order, it is not delivered as specified on the delivery form, or if any unexpected issues arise which are the fault of Style Me Flowers, we will re-deliver your purchased products again for free, in most case the recipient can keep the flower received, if the order has been dispatched or delivered there will be no refund.
If incorrect information is submitted on an order form: name, address with correct 'free suburb' etc Style Me Flowers will not be held responsible in any case but will work with the sender to achieve the best possible outcome.
After any order has been placed if for any reason the customer wish to cancel the order, the customer may not get the refund, but a voucher of the full purchased price can be offered, because in most case we only made to order. If the order has been shipped there will be no refund.
